DELIVERY TIMES
How long will my order take to arrive?
Processing time is typically 1-2 business days. Delivery times then depend on your location and chosen shipping method:
- Standard shipping: 3-5 business days
- Express shipping: 1-3 business days
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders placed before 12 PM (local time) on business days are usually processed the same day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends will be processed the next business day.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your package’s journey.
What should I do if my tracking information isn’t updating?
Delivery carriers sometimes experience delays in updating their tracking systems. If your package doesn’t arrive within the estimated timeframe, please wait an additional 2-3 business days before contacting customer service.

What if I’m not home when my package arrives?
If no one is available to receive the package, the carrier will typically leave a notice with instructions for rescheduling delivery or picking up the package from a local facility.

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

Can I request a specific delivery date?

Do you offer same-day delivery?
Same-day delivery is not currently available for online orders.
